I took full responsibility for overseeing all computer systems and IT inventories in my position, serving as the sole point of contact for their management and maintenance.

Collaborating closely with everyone high and low within the company, I assessed our existing systems and identified opportunities for improvement. With a well-crafted strategy in place, I navigated the complexities of transitioning user accounts, group policies, and access controls into the new managed Active Directory environment.
Through comprehensive training and ongoing support, I empowered employees to adapt to the changes seamlessly. The results were transformative. Our organization experienced a significant reduction in IT related issues. This successful transition to a managed Active Directory setup paved the way for the company to be much more self sufficient which is a huge reason why I still to this day have a good connection with everyone at Automated Controls despite being their largest asset in terms of IT.
